No, you can book in with one of our psychologists right away. However, if you wish to receive a Medicare rebate, you will need a referral from your GP with a Mental Health Care Plan.
We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged $50 for a late cancellation, applied at our discretion, as we understand that some circumstances are unavoidable.
Yes, our practitioners can provide video and telephone sessions.
Yes, we have clinics which you can attend at various locations. We can even provide at home sessions for NDIS participants.
We have multiple locations across major cities in Australia. We can also provide Telehealth sessions to anywhere in Australia.
Our NDIS session rate is over 20% cheaper than the recommended NDIS billing rate for psychology - $195 (vs $223 in VIC , NSW, ACT & QLD - $244 in WA, SA & TAS & NT recommended NDIS rate). Leaving participants with more funding for additional services (around 10 extra psychology sessions p/a).
For private clients, we also offer competitive rates, starting at $145 for a provisional psychologist and $195 for a registered psychologist ($93 Medicare rebate with Mental Health Care Treatment Plan from GP).
Yes, we provide cognitive, ADHD and ASD psychological assessments and are continuously expanding in this area.
All sessions are confidential and abide by AHPRA ethics guidelines. A consent form is provided to you at your first session and your therapist will reiterate our privacy and confidentiality policy.
Yes, we are registered for early intervention support. Early intervention covers children under 9 years of age.
Yes, we are an NDIS registered service provider.
Yes, if you have a mental healthcare plan then you are eligible for a Medicare rebate with a fully registered psychologist.
Yes, unlike the majority of mental health service providers, we provide bulk-billed sessions.
No, if your child is under 9, they can access services based on their needs, however, will require a diagnosis to access NDIS after the age of 9.

Yes. Our therapist can provide guidance and recommendation reports to access NDIS funding. Speak to us about it during a free phone consultation to find out if you might be eligible for NDIS funding.
You will be welcomed into a non-judgemental environment with a friendly therapist. We understand that it can be daunting and place no particular expectations. We will do an intake at your first session at your pace.
